This role is an initial 12 months Full time with potential to extend.

The purpose of this role is to support Ezonedeal's strategy to deliver World-Class Fulfilment. This involves a range of technology and process changes that touch on multiple systems, Internal user groups and external partners (i.e. Ezonedeal sellers, courier providers, Marketplace partners such as Catch, Kogan, MyDeal, Amazon, Ebay etc). This role will partner closely with the Product Manager for supply chain to Identify priorities, document as-is and to-be solutions and facilitate stakeholder engagement and alignment.

The Business Analyst will assist in defining and executing strategies for delivery of Projects, enhancements, and changes for all applications supporting the business. They will develop a deep understanding of the internal business processes, the plans and objectives of the business in the short, medium, and long term, and will translate these objectives to actionable plans and deliverables from a product / application management perspective.

More specifically, eCommerce Marketplaces will be the primary focus of this role.

What You'll be Doing:

The Business Analyst at Ezonedeal, will include some of the following things:

Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, surveys, site visits, business process analysis, use cases or user stories, scenarios, event lists, Perform competitor reviews and analysis, task and workflow analysis.
Decompose high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements, specified in an appropriate level of detail and in appropriate forms suitable for use by the business community and technology team.
Lead requirements validation activities to confirm that a solution based on the requirements that would meet customer needs and achieve the business objectives.
You’ll manage the creation and track the status and use of requirements trace information.
You’ll manage changes to baselined requirements through effective and appropriate application of change control processes and tools.
You’ll establish and implement effective requirements practices, including the continuous improvement of a requirements process.
Assist with the development of the organization’s requirements engineering policies, procedures, and tools.
Identify ways to assist product management in product planning through requirements development and analysis.
Propose new product features and updates.
You’ll contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
You’ll run agile ceremonies if Product Manager is not available.
You’ll support the project in achieving its objectives by interpreting and influencing both the external and internal environments and by creating positive relationships with stakeholders through the appropriate management of their expectations and agreed objectives.

The skills and Qualification you'll have:

Tertiary qualifications in IT/Digital Marketing/Website Development.
Demonstrated project management expertise (Jira or similar)
Technical dev / coding / scripting skills advantageous; HTML5, JavaScript, CSS
Excellent time management and organizational skills with a flexible can-do attitude as well as the ability to manage projects to consistently meet challenging deadlines.

You’ll be a Business Analyst with (prior knowledge in supply chain operations and digital technologies is highly desirable).
Ability in planning and driving a small group of developers' work.
